One of the most daunting tasks in large organizations is the merging process of new technologies into the legacy work process. This task is growing proportionally bigger with the size of the organization.

It’s easier to depict it in GRC based organizations (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) in which schematically one can order relevant business processes into three main categories namely: Risk inducing, Risk detection and Risk prevention / mitigation.

Every insertion of new technology can induce changes in those master processes and should be taken care off through proper assimilation program, change of work procedures and personnel instruction.

 

 

 

For each type of process, we devise the proper cyclic changes in Data acquisition and manipulation, in Technologies used on that data and methodologies.
